Requirements

TN Cosmetology License
Aveda color experience or strong color theory background
Excellent communication skills with the ability to consult, recommend, and educate guests
Ability to perform on multiple textures + stay current on trends
Active social media presence + marketing savvy
Willingness to attend monthly team meet-ups, salon charity events, and classes
Commitment to ongoing education and professional growth
