What You'll Be Doing

Create beautiful, customized haircuts, colors, blonding, balayage, and styling services.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences from consultation to finished look.
Build lasting guest relationships and grow a loyal clientele.
Recommend professional Aveda haircare products and at-home maintenance routines.
Stay inspired and current with the latest techniques, trends, and services.
Participate in ongoing education and professional development.
Work alongside a talented, encouraging team of beauty professionals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
Help create a positive, welcoming salon environment.

What We're Looking For

Florida cosmetology license or eligibility for licensure before performing services.
A genuine passion for hair, beauty, and making people feel confident.
