Why work in a SUITE when you can join our vibrant team in an open concept salon as a Hair Stylist Cosmetologist / Barber or Nail technician in an established salon with a great TEAM! You can choose to work full time or part time as an independent stylist, barber or nail tech creating your own flexible schedule to fit your needs. We have a receptionist at the front dest during business hours to greet your guests to their new salon. We provide towels, capes, backbar at the shampoo bowl and a space for you in our break room. We've been at this for 35 years in beautiful GLEN LAKE (Minnetonka)! This is a great environment where your passion for beauty and dedication to exceptional client service will shine! Whether you’re skilled in traditional barbering, advanced hair coloring techniques, or specialized services like hair extensions your expertise will help elevate our salon experience. Provide professional haircuts, styling, coloring, and texturing services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs.Use salon software such as Vagaro to schedule appointments, manage client records, and streamline operationsMaintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas in accordance with health regulationsOffer expert advice on hair care products and retail sales to support clients’ ongoing beauty routinesCommunicate clearly with clients about their desired looks, explaining procedures and aftercare instructions effectivelyQualifications

Valid cosmetology, barbering or nail license as required by state law; experience working in the beauty industry is highly preferredStrong knowledge of hair care products, color theory, and current styling trendsSkilled in various techniques including hair coloring, custom coloring, hair cuttingExcellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their desired resultsDemonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe and hygienic salon environmentExperience with retail sales and upselling strategies to promote product recommendations effectivelyJoin us if you're passionate about transforming looks and creating memorable client experiences!
