The Skinfluencer Day Spa is a professional and compassionate skincare safe haven where we help clients feel pampered while addressing their unique skincare needs. We specialize in creating personalized care and unforgettable experiences for everyone who walks through our doors. We are currently undergoing renovations to bring about a head spa and will be adding licensed hair professionals to our team.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated, attentive, thorough, and friendly individual to play a key role in our Head Spa. As a Scalp Treatment Professional, you will help with determining the best scalp solutions for our clients needs. This role is increasingly popular as a niche within the beauty industry that focuses on the "scalp-as-skin" philosophy, separating itself from traditional salon services.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome clients and create a relaxing, luxury spa experience from check-in to checkoutPerform scalp consultations and analyses to assess concerns such as dryness, oiliness, buildup, or dandruffProvide deep cleansing, exfoliating, and detoxifying scalp treatmentsPerform therapeutic scalp, neck, and shoulder massage techniques to promote relaxation and circulationApply professional scalp treatments, masks, serums, and steam therapies customized to client needsPerform shampoo, rinse, blow-dry, and wet-to-dry styling servicesRecommend professional retail products and home care routinesMaintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of treatment rooms, shampoo areas, linens, tools, and common spacesAssist with room setup, restocking supplies, laundry, and daily spa operationsManage appointments, client communication, and POS/scheduling systemsProvide exceptional customer service while supporting the spa team with additional tasks as neededQualifications:

Current Cosmetology or Hair Stylist license requiredStrong knowledge of scalp care, hair wellness, and professional treatment productsExperience with scalp massage and relaxation techniques preferredExcellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skillsProfessional, polished appearance with a positive attitudeStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentComfortable using scheduling software, POS systems, and basic computer programsFlexible availability, including evenings and weekends until 6:30 PMPrior experience in a spa, salon, retail, or hospitality environment preferredPassion for wellness, beauty, skincare, and social media is a HUGE plus!Position Details:
