Duties

Provide expert hair styling, coloring, cutting, and finishing services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, adhering to industry regulations and safety protocols
Engage with clients through effective communication, understanding their desires and offering professional recommendations

Skills

Proficiency with salon software such as Vagaro is a appreciated!
Strong knowledge of hair care products, color theory, and advanced coloring techniques
Skilled in various hair styling methods including blowouts, updos, braiding, and precision cuts
Experience working with diverse services such as extensions and bridal hair is appreciated!
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships
Knowledge of sanitation practices and store management principles to ensure a safe working environment
