Job Overview

We take pride in our craft and believe that a good haircut can be transformational. With an established client base and new clients every day, we specialize in alternative haircuts, colors - lived in and vivids - treatments and styles. And we do a ton of short cuts, clipper cuts and fades. We use Wella, Pulp Riot and Danger Jones color and feature Sebastian, Reuzel and Amika products. We offer free online and in salon education and certifications to level up your skills.

We offer:

Full or part-time positions for hair stylists, colorists and barbers
$20/hour guaranteed, plus tips, or immediate eligibility for commission (up to 50%) with no hidden fees, wait time or deductions. Pathway to $100,000/year, seriously!

Leadership opportunities available

Requirements

5 years experience in hair styling/coloring with a strong portfolio
Demonstrated ability in client retention while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to build rapport with diverse clients and colleagues.
Familiarity with salon software for appointment booking and client management.
Understanding of sanitation standards for a safe environment
