What we’re looking for:

-License Florida cosmetologist

-Experience with hair cutting, styling and color services

-Passion for balayage, blonding, dimensional color, lived-in color, highlights and other modern techniques is a plus

-Professional, dependable and client-focused

-Positive attitude and team mentality

-Motivated to build and maintain a clientele

-Comfortable showcasing your work and helping build your professional presence

Compensation:

-W-2 employee position

-Starting at 40-45% commission on service sales

-100% of tips go to stylist

-Opportunity for commission growth based on performance

Responsibilities:

-Provide professional hair services and consultations

-Deliver excellent client experiences

-Maintain a clean and organized station

-Follow salon polices and sanitation standards

-Maintain accurate client/service information

-Attend our educational classes we provide

-Work collaboratively with the Trio team

Pay: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour
