Our upscale spa offers a serene retreat where guests enjoy personalized beauty and wellness services. We are seeking a talented Hair Stylist to deliver exceptional haircuts, styling, and treatments in a tranquil, guest-focused environment.
**The Role:**
As a Hair Stylist, you will consult with guests to understand their needs and preferences, provide expert styling services, and ensure a memorable and relaxing experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide a variety of hair services including cuts, coloring, styling, and treatments
* Consult with guests to recommend services and products that meet their needs
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area and tools
* Stay current with hair trends, techniques, and products
* Deliver excellent customer service with a professional and friendly attitude
**What We’re Looking For:**
* Valid cosmetology license and relevant experience
* Strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, and styling hair
* Excellent communication and guest service skills
* Professional appearance and demeanor
* Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
