Hair Stylist – Booth Rental (Full-Time)

Shear Excellence is seeking three experienced full-time hair stylists to join our established, community-focused salon in the heart of Sugarhouse.

This is a booth rental opportunity — not an hourly or commission-based position. You'll run your own independent business within our professionally maintained salon, setting your own schedule, pricing, and services. Booth rental for full-time stylists is $800/month (part-time stylist chairs also available).

Ideal Candidates:

Hold a valid Utah cosmetology license
Have at least 1 year of professional experience in hair cutting, coloring, and styling
Are professional, detail-oriented, and client-focused
Bring or are actively building a loyal clientele (preferred but not required)
Are ready to grow their business full-time in a booth rental setting

Pay: $600.00 - $2,000.00 per week
