Responsibilities

Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with salon protocols.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and beauty techniques to offer innovative services.Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments.Promote retail products effectively to enhance the client experience and drive sales.Requirements

Valid cosmetology license required.Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.Familiarity with salon software systems; experience with Booker is a plus.Knowledge of retail sales techniques to promote products effectively.Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on sanitation practices in the salon environment.A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development.Comfortable providing makeup services is a plus.Benefits:
