Duties
Provide expert hair styling, cutting, coloring, and extension services using current techniques and color theory principlesPerform barbering services including straight razor shaves, beard trims, and classic cuts with precisionDeliver professional nail care including manicures, pedicures, nail art, and eyelash extensions to enhance clients’ natural beautyConduct skincare treatments such as facials and esthetician services to promote healthy skinUtilize salon software like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales trackingMaintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workstations according to health regulationsOffer retail product recommendations through upselling techniques to meet client needs and boost store salesAssist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, and supporting store management as neededMentor junior team members to foster a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning and excellenceSkills
Proficiency in hair extensions application and advanced hair styling techniquesStrong knowledge of salon software systems such as MINDBODY for efficient operationsExpertise in color theory for customized coloring solutions that complement each client’s styleSkilled in barbering tools including straight razors for precise shaves and grooming servicesExperience with eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care proceduresExcellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide personalized recommendationsKnowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe and hygienic environment at all timesAbility to manage retail sales effectively through retail math skills and upselling strategiesStore management experience or leadership qualities preferred for mentoring team membersFamiliarity with retail operations including inventory management and retail math calculationsEmbark on a rewarding career where your talent makes a difference!
