Job Summary The Heiress Xperience is a luxury, full-service beauty salonlocated in Hartford, CT, and we are currently looking for talented and motivated Hair Stylists, Barbers, an experienced Nail Technician, and a Lash Technicianto join our growing team! At The Heiress Xperience, we provide a clean, secure, and professional space whereyou can showcase your skills, build your clientele, and elevate your career while maintaining independence. Whether you’re a makeup artist, nail technician, lash tech, or you braid, do locs, natural hair care or wigs! Booth Rental Specials: We offer flexible options to fit your schedule and goals: • Monthly Special:$450/month for the first 3 months, then $550/month • Weekly Rental:$175/week • Daily Rental:$60/day Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality services based on your specialty (hair, barbering, nails, or lashes) • Perform services such as styling, installs, silk presses, cuts, nail enhancements, or lash applications • Consult with clients to achieve their desired look • Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation at all times • Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships • Promote and grow your personal brand within the salon • Requirements: • Licensing is preferred but not required • Must be willing to obtain proper licensing ifnot currently licensed • Experience in your service area (hair, barbering, nails, or lashes) • Professional, reliable, and self-motivated • Strong customer service and communication skills • Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow sanitation standards • Existing clientele is a plus • Ideal Candidate: • Entrepreneur-minded and ready to grow • Passionate about beauty and client experience • Motivated, creative, and professional • Team player with a positive attitude • How to Apply: • Ready to elevate your career in a luxury environment?
