About the Role Scissors & Scotch is expanding in Charlotte and seeking experienced Hair Stylists / Barbers who love men’s grooming, top-tier client service, and a team-first culture. Provide high-quality haircuts, styles, fades, shaves, and beard services tailored to each client.Conduct thorough consultations; recommend styles, grooming routines, and retail products.Deliver a smooth client experience from check-in to check-out; build a loyal book of business.Maintain excellent sanitation and station organization in line with state board standards.Stay current on trends and techniques through paid, ongoing education.Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture; support teammates during peak times.What You’ll Bring Active North Carolina Cosmetology or Barber License (required).1+ year of professional shop/salon experience (3+ years preferred).Strong clipper and shear work; comfort with men’s grooming services (fades, beard shaping, shaves).Customer-obsessed mindset with excellent communication and consultation skills.Reliability, professionalism, and pride in a clean, safe work environment.Availability for a mix of evenings and weekends.Pay & Benefits How to Apply
