Responsibilities
Provide a range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling, tailored to meet individual client needs.Utilize knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results for clients seeking color treatments.Perform advanced techniquesOffer professional advice on hair care products and services, effectively upselling when appropriate.Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments using salon target software.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon environment to ensure a pleasant experience for clients.Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.Qualifications
Valid Connecticut cosmetology license.Proficiency in various hair styling techniques, including barbering, and advanced coloring methods.Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for clients.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to staying updated on trends and techniques.Join us in delivering exceptional beauty services while fostering an inspiring environment for both clients and team members!
