Responsibilities

Provide precision haircuts and grooming services for men and boys following Sport Clips standardsDeliver the MVP Experience, including massaging shampoo, hot steamed towel, and relaxation-focused servicesConsult with clients to understand style preferences and recommend appropriate cuts and productsMaintain a clean, organized, and sanitary station and follow all safety and sanitation guidelinesBuild relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referralsRecommend and upsell professional haircare products to support client needsParticipate in ongoing technical and customer service training provided by Sport ClipsSupport team goals, assist teammates during rushes, and contribute to a positive, sports-themed atmosphereAccurately process payments, tips, and product sales using the point-of-sale systemFollow all company policies, state regulations, and licensing requirementsRequired Skills
