The role

We're hiring licensed Stylists and Barbers who take pride in a great cut and a great guest experience. You'll work in a busy, walk-in-driven salon with a built-in book of clients from day one — no chasing leads, no building from scratch. Just show up, do great work, and get paid for it.

What you'll do

Deliver clean, on-trend cuts and styles using Great Clips' proven cutting system
Greet every guest like a regular and make their visit easy from check-in to checkout
Recommend the right products to keep their style looking good between visits
Keep your station, tools, and salon spotless and sanitized to industry standards
Support your teammates and help create a positive, drama-free vibe
Grow your skills through ongoing paid training and mentorship

What we're looking for

Active Idaho cosmetology or barber license (required)
A genuine love for cutting hair and connecting with people
Strong communication and a team-first attitude
Reliability — your guests and teammates count on you
Experience is great, but new grads with hustle and heart are absolutely welcome
