STATION FOR RENT 150/ FIRST 2 WEEKS AFTER THAT 250/WEEKLY!!

Responsibilities

Provide professional hair cutting, styling, coloring, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
Perform specialized treatments such as hair extensions, nail care to enhance client satisfaction
Use salon software like BOOKSY for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales management
Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas in accordance with health regulations
Offer expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail upselling opportunities to boost sales

Skills

Proficiency in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, blowouts, and updos
Experience with hair extensions application and color theory principles for customized results
Skilled in barbering techniques such as straight razor shaves and beard trimming
Knowledge of salon management software like BOOKSY for scheduling and retail transactions
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build lasting client relationships
Familiarity with sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
Ability to perform hair threading, makeup application, nail care treatments
Retail sales expertise with upselling strategies to promote products and services effectively
Excellent store management skills including front desk operations and mentoring team members
Basic understanding of retail math for inventory control and sales tracking
