OFFERING TOP PAY of $ 15 per hour plus commission on your Service Sales, and 15% commission on Retail Sales. We are also offering a SIGN-ON BONUS if hired (full-time only). Responsibilities

Deliver expert hair styling, cutting, coloring, and grooming services tailored to each client's preferences and hair type
Perform specialized services such as haircuts, color/highlights/bailage, relaxers/perms, to enhance client satisfaction
Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking
Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and ensuring compliance with health regulations

Provide personalized consultations on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail upselling opportunities

Manage front desk duties including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling payments efficiently
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration

Requirements

Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience in hair styling and grooming techniques (Preferred 5 years experience, but not required)
Proficiency in advanced skills such as color theory, fading, hair extensions and braiding is highly desirable
Knowledge of salon software systems for booking and retail management
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build lasting client relationships (FLUENT IN SPANISH PREFERED, but not necessary)
Familiarity with sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
Ability to perform retail math for upselling products effectively while maintaining professionalism
Experience in store management or mentoring is a plus but not required
