Hair Stylist / Barber

OFFERING TOP PAY of $ 15 per hour plus commission on your Service Sales, and 15% commission on Retail Sales. We are also offering a SIGN-ON BONUS if hired (full-time only). You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, master advanced techniques, and grow your skills in a lively salon setting. Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience in hair styling and grooming techniques (Preferred 5 years experience, but not required) Proficiency in advanced skills such as color theory, fading, hair extensions and braiding is highly desirable Knowledge of salon software systems for booking and retail management Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build lasting client relationships (FLUENT IN SPANISH PREFERED, but not necessary) Familiarity with sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment Ability to perform retail math for upselling products effectively while maintaining professionalism Experience in store management or mentoring is a plus but not required
