We are looking for a licensed stylist with foundational experience who wants to grow their clientele while training in a high-demand specialty: toupee services. Role Summary
As an associate stylist at this salon, you’ll service your own clients while dedicating part of your schedule to learning and assisting with toupee services. You’ll work in a clean, luxury-focused studio where professionalism, consistency, and client experience are top priorities.
Compensation Structure
Commission-based pay for all personal clients
Hourly pay during all toupee training and assisting sessions

Key Responsibilities
Service your own clients on a commission basis
Assist with toupee clients during training (prep, color matching, application support, maintenance steps)
Learn the full toupee service process from consultation to installation
Maintain a luxury-level client experience
Support studio flow during toupee appointments (setup, timing, breakdown)
Participate in ongoing education and skill development
Maintain a clean, organized, professional workspace
Contribute to content creation and brand visibility
Basic Requirements
Active Kentucky cosmetology or barbering license
Foundational salon experience (cutting, color, service flow)
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
Willingness to learn toupee services and assist during training
Strong communication skills and client-centered approach
Ability to work commission-based and grow your clientele
Comfort in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
Commitment to ongoing education and studio standards
