We are seeking a motivated and personable Hairstylist or Barber to join our men’s hair replacement salon in Cincinnati. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in a specialized, high-demand niche of the grooming industry.
No experience in hair replacement? No problem.
We provide paid in-house training and will teach you everything you need to know.
Responsibilities:
Provide haircuts, blending, and styling services for clients
Assist with men’s hair replacement systems and maintenance (training provided)
Deliver excellent customer service in a private, professional setting
Help clients feel comfortable and confident during appointments
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
Qualifications:
Barber or cosmetology license required
No hair replacement experience necessary
Strong communication and people skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable and professional
Passion for helping clients look and feel their best
