Duties Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, trims, coloring, and special treatmentsApply hair extensions and eyelash extensions with precision and careConduct straight razor shaves and advanced barbering techniquesProvide makeup application and nail care services to clientsUtilize salon software such as MINDBODY for appointment scheduling and client managementManage retail sales of hair products, cosmetics, and accessories through upselling techniquesMaintain high standards of sanitation and sanitation protocols in all servicesAssist with store management tasks including front desk duties and client check-in/outMentor junior staff members and contribute to a positive team environmentStay updated on current trends in hair styling, barbering, and beauty treatmentsRequirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience in hair styling or barberingProficiency in hair extensions, eyelash extensions, nail care, and makeup application preferredKnowledge of salon software such as MINDBODY or similar platformsStrong understanding of color theory, sanitation standards, and retail mathExcellent communication skills with the ability to provide outstanding customer serviceAbility to perform hair threading and advanced styling techniquesExperience in store management or front desk operations is a plusDemonstrated ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining client trustPassion for mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative work environmentJoin our team to deliver exceptional beauty services while advancing your career in a supportive and creative setting.
