What You'll Do
Deliver exceptional guest experiences through professional consultations and personalized recommendations
Perform precision haircuts and styling services for a diverse clientele
Execute advanced color services including highlights, balayage, foilayage, babylights, color corrections, and dimensional color techniques
Recommend products and services that support guests' hair care goals
Perform shampooing, conditioning treatments, and finishing services
Create special occasion and everyday styles, including updos, and event styling
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in accordance with salon standards
Manage appointments and assist with guest scheduling when needed
Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming salon environment
Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and AVEDA education opportunities
What We're Looking For
Active Pennsylvania Cosmetology License
Experience as a Hair Stylist, Hairdresser, or Colorist
Strong consultation and communication skills
Proficiency in cutting, styling, and coloring techniques
Knowledge of current industry trends and hair care products
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong time-management and organizational skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Commitment to ongoing education and personal growth

Hair Styling: 1 year (Preferred)
