Key Responsibilities:

Assist stylists with preparing workstations and organizing tools.
Shampoo, condition, and prepare clients for services.
Mix hair color and assist with chemical services as directed by stylists.
Provide blow-drying and styling assistance.
Clean and sanitize tools and workstations.
Assist with maintaining the overall cleanliness of the salon.
Support stylists during client consultations and services.

Qualifications:

Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A go-getter with a proactive attitude and ability to take initiative.
Mature personality with the ability to handle responsibilities and client interactions professionally.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Enthusiastic about the beauty industry and eager to learn.
Open to candidates who have done hair in the past but are not confident in their skills and are seeking more educational experience.
Also open to licensed stylists who haven’t been doing hair for a while and would like to brush up on their skills and get back in the industry.
