Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and career-driven Stylist Assistant to join our team. This is the first step in our apprenticeship program, designed for individuals who are serious about becoming a successful, in-demand stylist.

You’ll work closely with our stylists, gain real salon experience, and build the foundation needed to grow behind the chair.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist stylists with daily appointments and client servicesShampoo, condition, and prep clients for servicesMaintain cleanliness and organization of salon stations and common areasPrepare tools, color, and products for servicesSupport front desk and guest experience when neededProvide a high level of care and professionalism to every clientParticipate in ongoing education and training sessionsQualifications:

Cosmetology license or currently enrolled in cosmetology school (Florida)Strong work ethic and willingness to learnPositive attitude and team-oriented mindsetAbility to stay organized and work in a fast-paced environmentPassion for the beauty industry and long-term career growthWhat We Offer:

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
