Job Summary In this dynamic role, you will support experienced stylist by preparing clients, maintaining salon cleanliness, and assisting with a variety of hair services. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help ensure every client leaves feeling confident and beautiful. Assist senior stylist with hair cutting, coloring, styling, and finishing techniques, including hair perms.Prepare clients for their appointments by washing, conditioning, and setting up tools and products.Maintain salon sanitation standards by cleaning stations, sterilizing tools such as straight razors, and ensuring a hygienic environment.Support with retail sales by recommending hair care products, and retail math to maximize sales opportunities through upselling.Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling using salon software, greeting clients warmly, and handling check-ins and check-outs.Assist with store management tasks such as inventory tracking of hair supplies, retail stock, and salon equipment maintenance.Qualifications Basic knowledge of cosmetology or barbering principles; previous experience in a salon setting is a plus.Familiarity with salon software systems is a plus.Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.Knowledge of color theory, sanitation practices, and hair styling techniques.Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.Willingness to learn new skills such as retail upselling, store management tasks, or advanced hair techniques.Embark on your career journey with us—where creativity meets professionalism!
