The Process Co. is a full-service hair salon in Huntsville, Alabama, and we're looking for an assistant to join our team. This is a paid, hands-on position where you'll support daily salon operations, help create an amazing client experience, and develop real skills in hair coloring, styling, and the business side of the industry. Prepare clients for their services by shampooing, helping with consultations, and making sure every person who sits in our chair feels welcome and cared for.
