What We’re Looking For

Reliable transportation — punctuality is essential

A valid Cosmetology/Barber license OR active enrollment in cosmetology school

Willingness to commit to a minimum 1-year apprenticeship, Salon Assistant

A genuine eagerness to learn through hands-on training and shadowing

Confidence or willingness to learn how to recommend treatments + at-home care

Flexible availability

Prior high-end customer service experience is a plus

Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong problem-solving skills

Open-minded, coachable, and excited to grow your craft
