Position Summary

As a Hair Stylist, you will provide professional consultations and customized hair services while delivering a five-star luxury experience to every guest. You’ll work alongside a supportive team, participate in ongoing education, and have opportunities to increase your earnings through our unique compensation and incentive programs.

Responsibilities

Perform professional client consultations.
Recommend personalized hair care solutions.
Provide luxury hair services including:
Haircuts
Silk Presses
Blowouts
Hair Color
Highlights & Balayage
Blonding Services
Corrective Color
Relaxers
Hair Treatments
Olaplex & K18 Treatments
Hair Extensions
Wig Installations & Styling
Hair Restoration Services
Bridal & Special Occasion Styling
Educate clients on healthy hair maintenance.
Recommend professional retail products.
Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards.
Build and retain long-term client relationships.
Participate in salon education and training.
Support salon promotions, VIP memberships, and retail initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

Current Pennsylvania Cosmetology License
Professional appearance and attitude
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication and consultation skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Passion for luxury beauty and healthy hair care

Preferred

2+ years of salon experience
Experience with all hair textures
Hair color and blonding experience
Hair extension experience
Wig installation experience
Retail sales experience
Social media or client marketing experience

Compensation

Monday–Thursday

Hourly Pay: $18.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience and performance.
