$25–$35 per hour (including base pay, tips, incentives)

Guaranteed base pay ($15)

$15/hr base performance pay (up to $23/hr) $9.14 avg tips
Many stylists earn $35 /hr total
Closed Sundays
Closed on major holidays
Paid time off (up to 1 week/year)
$1,000 retention bonus
