Duties Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling based on client preferencesOffer personalized consultations to recommend suitable styles and productsMaintain a clean and sanitized work station in accordance with health regulationsEngage with clients in a friendly manner, ensuring a positive salon experienceUpsell retail products that complement clients’ styles and needsManage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing paymentsAssist with maintaining salon cleanliness and organization throughout the dayBuild lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referralsQualifications Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or Barber with a strong portfolio of workExcellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientsKnowledge of current hair styling trends, techniques, and productsStrong sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staffAbility to upsell retail products in a professional mannerGood communication skills to understand client needs and provide expert adviceExperience managing front desk tasks such as scheduling and retail sales is preferredValid cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulationsJoin our team to showcase your creativity, enhance your skills, and help clients look and feel their best in a welcoming salon environment.
