Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, hair extensions, and hair threading to meet each client’s unique preference to schedule appointments, manage cefficiently.
Apply advanced techniques like hair coloring based on color theory principles to achieve vibrant, personalized results.
Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools such as straight razors and ensuring a clean work environment.
Offer expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and styling tips to enhance client satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide professional recommendations, and ensure a positive experience.
Mentor junior team members and collaborate with colleagues to foster a supportive and inspiring salon atmosphere.
Stay current with industry trends in hair styling, barbering, makeup application, and retail math to provide innovative services that delight clients.

Experience

Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a hairstylist or barber with a strong portfolio of diverse hair services..
Expertise in hair coloring techniques, including balayage, highlights, and creative color applications based on color theory.
Skilled in performing hair extensions and hair threading for various styling needs.
Knowledge of sanitation practices specific to cosmetology tools like straight razors and other implements.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients professionally and understanding their vision clearly.
Experience mentoring or training team members is a plus to help foster growth within the salon team.
