Job Responsibilities:
Assist hair stylists and headspa specialists during services.
As a staff member, you encompass a variety of tasks, from helping hair services and customer service to maintaining the salon's environment clean.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment.
Sanitize stations and ensure a comfortable, hygienic environment for clients.
Refill supplies and assist with laundry and product organization.
Support team with customer service and ensure a smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
Previous salon or spa experience preferred (training available).
Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to learn scalp treatment and headspa techniques.
Must be reliable and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
