Responsibilities

Assist stylists with hair treatments including hair extensions, to enhance client satisfaction.
Prepare workstations with necessary tools and products, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are upheld throughout the salon.
Support stylists during hair coloring processes by understanding color theory principles and assisting with application techniques.
Maintain inventory levels of salon supplies and assist in store management tasks to ensure seamless operations.
Support the team in mentoring new staff members by sharing knowledge on salon procedures, sanitation practices, and customer service excellence.

Experience

Previous experience working in a salon or barbering environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Knowledge of cosmetology or barbering techniques including hair styling, straight razor shaving, and makeup application is a plus.
Strong communication skills are essential for delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with team members.
Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and retail math will help maximize client satisfaction and revenue growth.
A background in sanitation standards within beauty or health environments ensures compliance with safety protocols. Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
