We are looking for a leader who can take ownership of the day-to-day salon operation, create consistency for the team, and help each stylist build a stronger, more sustainable business. Coach and develop stylists to improve performance and grow their clienteleRecruit, onboard, and develop new talent as the salon growsCreate a positive, accountable team cultureMonitor salon performance and use KPIs to identify opportunities for growthSupport scheduling, and operational processesMaintain high standards for guest service, consultations, technical quality, and professionalismSet clear expectations and follow through when standards are not metCommunicate consistently with the team and ownership so decisions, responsibilities, and next steps are clearHelp drive retail, retention, rebooking, reviews, productivity, and overall salon growthLead by example behind the chair and throughout the salonWe're looking for someone who: Holds a current Texas cosmetology licenseHas salon leadership or management experienceIs comfortable coaching both people and performanceUnderstands that growing a salon means both developing the existing team and continually recruiting new talentCan have direct, respectful conversations and hold people accountableIs organized, dependable, and comfortable working with numbers and performance metricsTakes initiative rather than waiting to be told what needs to happenCommunicates well and closes the loop on responsibilitiesWants to build a strong team—not simply manage a scheduleYou’ll be joining an established salon with existing guest traffic, brand recognition, and an owner committed to providing the structure and support needed to grow.
