Management skills: Strong managerial and organizational skills to oversee salon operations and effectively lead a team.

Customer service: Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Communication skills: For interacting with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.

Business acumen: Understanding of business principles, including budgeting, financial management, and marketing.

Leadership: Ability to inspire and lead a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Industry knowledge: Up-to-date on salon trends, beauty products, and industry best practices.

Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges that may arise in daily salon operations.

Sales and marketing: Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies to promote salon services and attract clients.

Licensing and compliance: Compliance with relevant licensing requirements and knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Front desk: Able to handle the front desk, answer phone, follow up with clients, confirm appointments, and ensure appointments are booked properly.
