Ārdeō is a luxury boutique hair color salon in Mueller, voted Best Color Salon in Austin. Our founder, Tina, is an Aveda Hair Color Artist of the Year recipient and a 25+ year color veteren, and the mentor behind many successful colorists in our industry. From Austin to London to New York City — having taught alongside the industry's best — we live and breathe color — balayage, lived-in color, dimensional blonding, ombré, vivids, color correction, color transformations, extensions, glossing, and creative color work of every kind.

Ārdeō is the quiet culmination of a journey entwined in education: a luxury boutique studio rooted in Austin, where world-class color is practiced with intention, every guest is cared for like family, and the next generation of color artists is mentored thoughtfully and held to the standard the craft deserves. Color is our focus — If it can be done with color, we do it and we can teach you too. We're looking for the next Protégé to grow with us through a real, structured education program.

This role is built for someone who wants to learn deeply, assist with intention, and graduate into their own chair as a confident color artist.

Who we're looking for

Current Texas Cosmetology License (recent grads welcome — experience not required)
A real passion for color, not just hair
Coachable, curious, and genuinely excited to learn
Integrity and a strong work ethic and charachter.
an individual who is reliable and committed — this is a long-game career path, not a stepping stone
