POSITION SUMMARY

As a Hair Care Specialist, you will provide exceptional hair care services including cutting, coloring, and styling for guests. Your responsibilities will include:

Shampooing, conditioning, and rinsing guests' hair.Evaluating the condition and appearance of hair, skin, and nails to offer appropriate services.Advising guests on proper hair, skin, and nail care, along with recommending home care regimens.Promoting and selling spa and salon services and retail products.Escorting guests to and from treatment areas to ensure their comfort.Preparing workstations and treatment rooms with necessary supplies to maintain safety and comfort.Maintaining cleanliness and sterilization of tools and equipment.Monitoring and adhering to scheduling to manage time effectively.Addressing inappropriate guest behavior professionally and communicating with management when necessary.To succeed in this role, you should:

Maintain current licensure in your area of expertise.Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management.Follow all company policies and maintain a professional appearance.Ensure guest confidentiality and safeguard company assets.Welcome and engage all guests in line with company standards, anticipating their needs.Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
