Job Duties and Responsibilities of Hair Care Specialist:

Offer a comprehensive range of beauty and haircare services, such as haircuts, styling, coloring, treatments, extensions, makeup application, and ear piercing.Exceed service and sales goals by providing exceptional customer service and making effective product recommendations.Show your business awareness by participating in promotional and marketing endeavors to boost the salon's brand and attract customers.Enhance the effectiveness of your guest consultations by keeping yourself informed about industry trends, services, and products.Establish solid guest relationships through personalized consultations and professional recommendations.Engage in collaborative efforts with other beauty practitioners to enhance the overall guest experience.Follow safety, hygiene, and company guidelines, as well as state board regulations, to ensure compliance.Keep the salon and specified sections clean and prepared for daily activities.Leverage reservation technology to inspire repeat visits and engagement in on-site events.Qualifications and Experience of Hair Care Specialist:

This role mandates candidates to hold a cosmetology license that is current.Candidates with prior salon experience are preferred.Acumen in haircutting, hair dyeing, hairstyling sessions, treatments, makeup artistry, and similar services.Knowledge of industry-specific gear, tools, and ingredient requirements.Exceptional communication skills and capability to nurture enduring guest relationships.Capacity to function self-sufficiently and cooperatively within a team environment.Readiness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Benefits of Hair Care Specialist:
