About the Opportunity The BRAID BAR by Ms. Nelly is seeking experienced, professional Braiders, Locticians, and Weave Specialists who already have an established clientele and are ready to grow their business in a luxury salon environment.

This is not an entry-level opportunity and is not intended for stylists who are new to the industry or relocating without an existing client base.

We operate as a brand partnership, allowing each professional to maintain complete independence while benefiting from an established salon presence, marketing, and client lead opportunities.

Required Client Lead Program
All booth renters participate in our Client Lead Program.
The salon actively invests in paid advertising, website marketing, social media, walk-in traffic, and phone inquiries to generate new client opportunities.

Qualified leads are distributed through our availability and rotation system to participating stylists.

Participation in the Client Lead Program, including adherence to scheduling and availability requirements, is a condition of renting a booth.

Requirements
Applicants must

Have an established clientele
Have professional braiding, loc, or extension experience
Hold any licenses required by Texas law for the services they provide
Maintain a professional image
Be reliable and dependable
Be self-motivated and business-minded
Maintain consistent availability
Participate in the salon’s required Client Lead Program
Work well in a collaborative salon environment

This opportunity is not intended for beginners or professionals who are still building their first clientele.
