Hair Braider (Experienced Only) at Luxe Beauty Bar Location: Luxe Beauty Bar – Mattapan, MA Job Description Luxe Beauty Bar is seeking a skilled and experienced Hair Braider to join our growing salon team in Mattapan, MA. Responsibilities Provide professional braiding services to clients Consult with clients to understand desired styles Execute neat, consistent, and timely braiding techniques Maintain a clean and organized workstation Deliver excellent customer service Contribute to a positive team environment Required Skills & Experience Prior salon experience REQUIRED (no beginners) Must be proficient in multiple styles including: Knotless braids Cornrows Stitch braids Boho braids Fulani braids Protective styles Ability to work efficiently in a busy salon setting Strong communication and client service skills Professionalism and reliability Compensation This is a commission-based position. Braiders receive 50% commission on each service performed, providing strong earning potential based on productivity.
