Responsibilities

Assist stylists with client preparation, including shampooing, conditioning, and setting up tools for various hair treatments.
Maintain salon sanitation standards by cleaning stations, tools, and equipment regularly to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients professionally, communicating service options clearly, and upselling retail products like hair care items or styling tools.
Collaborate with team members through mentoring opportunities and contribute to a positive salon atmosphere focused on client satisfaction.

Experience

Looking for someone who has completed cosmetology school, or is on track to finish in December 2026!
Previous experience working in the beauty industry or a cosmetology setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential.
Knowledge of hair care techniques including shampooing, hair coloring, and styling
Basic understanding of sanitation practices to maintain a clean work environment according to industry standards.
Strong communication skills for effective client communication and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
