What You’ll Do

Deliver professional hair services.
Use your eye for detail and color theory to support clients in their style journey.
Keep your space spotless—always maintaining the highest sanitation standards.
Build strong connections with clients by listening, consulting, and elevating their experience.
Support salon operations: greeting clients, stocking, cleaning, setting up, and closing down.
Participate in retail sales by making sales transactions in our retail store.
Capture content for social media and help showcase your artistry.
Engage in community-facing marketing: sharing promotions, networking, and helping create salon events.
Attend professional development sessions.

Sales & Growth

Share at least 1 post per shift on TikTok/Instagram/Facebook.
Hand out flyers or cards weekly and start new conversations that grow your client base.
Create or support at least one event per month.
Partner with the owner on marketing initiatives.
Show consistent revenue growth (with 100% month-over-month growth expected in your first 3 months).

What We’re Looking For

Licensed Cosmetologist (Wisconsin).
Proficiency in specialized hair techniques.
Strong understanding of sanitation and safety practices.
Passion for artistry, creativity, and customer service.
Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
Bonus points if you have experience in retail sales or knowledge of other beauty services (nails, barbering, waxing, esthetics).
