Mecca Salon is a boutique, Davines-exclusive salon in Sacramento with a small, intentional team and a focus on elevated, customized color and cutting.

We’re looking for one stylist who takes their craft seriously and wants to work in an environment that reflects that.

You Might Be the Right Fit If:

You have 2+ years behind the chair and a strong, consistent portfolio
Your work leans toward lived-in color, dimensional blonding, balayage, and modern cuts
You value consultation, detail, and client experience
You’re self-motivated and take ownership of your business
You want to grow your clientele in a quality-driven environment
You are professional, drama-free, and team-oriented

Compensation:

Commission-based structure
Retail commission
