GENERAL SUMMARY & SCOPE

The Stylist plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional hair care services and consultations tailored to guests’ needs. Working closely with the Experience Manager and the Assistant Services Manager, this position emphasizes sales performance, superior guest services, and adherence to operational standards within a creative salon environment. A passion for beauty, coupled with outstanding guest service skills, is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Performance

Perform a variety of hair services, including cuts, color, styling, treatments, and makeup applications.Achieve weekly sales goals by providing top-notch guest experiences and assisting in retail sales.Demonstrate knowledge of industry trends and products to enhance guest consultations.Participate in in-store events and promotions to further elevate guest experiences.People

Build rapport with guests through personalized consultations and recommendations.Uphold high standards of service and salon image.Collaborate effectively with teammates to ensure a seamless guest experience.Promote the benefits of the guest loyalty program to enhance guest engagement.Process

Ensure compliance with all salon policies and sanitation procedures.Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.Utilize booking systems to manage appointments efficiently.Communicate supply needs to management to ensure readiness for services.JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Cosmetology license is required.Experience

Previous salon experience is preferred but not mandatory; we value eagerness to learn.Skills

Ability to stay current with contemporary beauty trends and techniques.Strong communication skills with an aptitude for enhancing customer relationships.Capable of working independently while collaborating with team members.SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Flexible availability required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.WORKING CONDITIONS

The pay range for this role is $19.29 - $21.70 per hour or services pay based on the Company's Services Compensation Plan, with eligibility for overtime and tips. Full-time positions enjoy a package of benefits, including paid time off, health insurance, and more.
