Job Duties and Responsibilities of Hair and Beauty Specialist:

Administer an extensive selection of salon services, from design and cutting to coloring, texture treatments, styling, keratin procedures, extensions, makeup application, and ear piercing as necessary.Meet or exceed $1250 in average weekly sales through exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction.Encourage guest involvement by conducting interactive demonstrations of products and suggesting complementary services.Get involved in store activities and promotions that are directed towards improving customer experiences and interactions.Stay abreast of beauty trends and products to offer informed and relevant consultations to your guests.Form loyal guest partnerships and endorse Ulta Beauty’s loyalty strategies and mobile app.Assist and cooperate with fellow team members and retail associates to offer seamless and all-encompassing help to guests.Preserve a continuous adherence to safety, hygiene, and compliance standards within the salon premises.Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the salon and designated spaces by effectively communicating supply needs and ensuring supplies are stocked.Qualifications and Experience of Hair and Beauty Specialist:

Possession of an active cosmetology license is mandatory.Experience in a salon setting is a prerequisite for this position.Experienced in haircutting, coloring, styling, treatments, makeup application, and other advanced salon techniques.Capable of utilizing professional-grade equipment and salon products in a safe and effective manner.Showcasing excellent retail and communication proficiencies, enabling the capacity to educate customers and make product recommendations.Emphasizing customer satisfaction and fostering enduring connections.Demonstrates a team-oriented attitude along with the flexibility to meet various business needs and schedules.Benefits of Hair and Beauty Specialist:
