Guest Specialist / Front Desk

Annastasia Salon is seeking a Guest Specialist to join our multi-location team. This role is the first impression for our guests — warm, polished, service-minded, and ready to help create an exceptional salon experience. What You’ll Do
You’ll be the hub of the salon — supporting guests, stylists, and operations with professionalism and warmth.

Daily Responsibilities:

Welcome and check in guests
Make sales offerings and recommendations
Answer phones & assist with scheduling
Support stylists and guests throughout the day
Organize and maintain retail shelves
Handle point-of-sale transactions
Keep the salon tidy, clean, and inviting
Multitask in a fast-paced environment
Provide clear, friendly communication
Show up reliably and on time

Scheduling

We need full and part time staff, 20–40 hours per week
Must have some scheduling flexibility. We are open 7 days a week from morning till night.
We will ask you to commit to a schedule for your first 90 days.

Sales experience is helpful but not required — we’ll train you. What matters most is kindness, presence, reliability, and the desire to make people feel amazing.
