Guest Services/Salon Front Desk PART TIME ONLY (DAY, EVENING & SATURDAY availability REQUIRED!)

Our ideal candidate is passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience and confidently serves as the face of the salon. This position requires a fashionable, upbeat, energetic, and dependable individual with exceptional attention to detail. We are seeking someone who is reliable, adaptable, and flexible with scheduling. Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in luxury guest services, salon/spa reception, hospitality, concierge, or other high-end client-facing environments preferredPrevious experience in an upscale salon, spa, boutique, wellness, fashion, or luxury hospitality setting strongly preferredProven ability to deliver an elevated, personalized guest experience with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detailExperience managing a high-volume front desk while maintaining composure, efficiency, and exceptional service standardsAbility to multitask seamlessly and anticipate guest needs in a fast-paced luxury environmentStrong problem-solving abilities with the confidence to make thoughtful decisions under pressureExcellent communication, interpersonal, and soft skills with the ability to interact professionally with both guests and service providersExperience handling appointment scheduling, guest relations, retail transactions, and multi-line phone systems with accuracy and professionalismFamiliarity with salon booking software such as Vagaro is a plusStrong sense of professionalism, presentation, discretion, and emotional intelligenceHighly dependable with a polished presence and flexible availability, including daytime, evenings and SaturdaysTeam oriented, ability to pick up shifts, cover shifts and fill in on short notice if needed.Ability to uphold and represent the elevated standards, culture, and guest experience of a luxury salon brandKnowledge of luxury hair and beauty products are a plus!Education: $16.00 - $18.00 per hourThis Job is ideal for Someone Who Is:
