Responsibilities
Greet guests and help them feel comfortableAnswer phone calls, texts and scheduling questionsSchedule/reschedule and confirm appointmentsCheck guests in and cash them outProcess payments accuratelyCommunicate with stylists about scheduling and guest needsHelp maintain a clean and organized front desk and retail areaLearn about salon services and Aveda productsSupport the team with other day-to-day salon tasksWhat We’re Looking For
Friendly, professional and dependableComfortable speaking with guests in person and over the phoneOrganized and able to manage multiple tasksConfident using computers and learning scheduling softwareAble to remain calm and helpful during busy periodsPrevious customer service, reception or salon experience is helpful but not required
