Job Summary: EXCELLENT guest service representatives are fun loving, career orientated individuals that have a passion for serving others. Responsibilities include greeting guests, salon tours, check in/check out, cash handling, promoting services and products, selling add on services, gift certificates and retail. Facilitate excellent guest service to enhance the salon/spa experience for the guest Save the date for guests and schedule appointments based on specific service time requirements Answer incoming calls using the professional greeting in a timely manner Utilize effective sales skills to communicate current and ongoing promotional programs, services, packages to guests by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of salon/spa offerings Support technicians by managing schedules, handling wait list, and accommodating guests.
