Guest Service Representative

Casa Verde Salon & Spa is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Guest Service Representative to join our team! We are looking for someone who has a passion for customer service and sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working as part of a team.

At Casa Verde, we are a team-based salon committed to providing an exceptional guest experience while using naturally derived, professional products. We are looking for a team player who will be the first and last impression of the salon, someone with great communication skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Greeting guests and creating a warm, welcoming environment
Accurately operating the register and processing transactions
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Assisting stylists in closing retail and service sales
Rebooking guests to help ensure an exceptional salon experience
Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the salon, including back-of-house duties
Supporting salon operations and assisting team members as needed

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
